She was predeceased by : her parents, Oscar Windisch and Carmella Windisch (Rami). She is survived by : her husband Robert P. Scherff; her daughters, Jo Rushing (Evan) of O'Fallon, Jacque Eversgerd (Neal) of Germantown and Deeni Alexander of Edwardsville; her grandchildren, Adam, Natalie Rushing and Alex Scherff; and her siblings, Carl Windisch (Merrilee) of Springfield, Illinois and Linda Scherff (Leonard) of Staunton.

The family requests memorials to the American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Assoc.
