She is survived by : her husband James Horn; her daughter Renee Michelle Horn of Centralia, Illinois; her granddaughter Bernice Jacqueline Horn of North Carolina; and her great grandchildren, Shantease Grimes of North Carolina and Beaver Booker of Richmond, Virginia. She is also survived by great-nieces; great-nephews; cousins; loving dedicated friends.
