He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kinkelaar and Iona Kinkelaar (Donsbach); his daughter Janine Kinkelaar; his siblings, Harold, Norman and Barbara Wernsing; and his granddaughter Leigh Kinkelaar.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Kinkelaar of Effingham; his children, Dean Kinkelaar (Jody) of Effingham and Denise Lilley (Tom) of Cary, NC; his grandchildren, Nathan Morton of Effingham, Amanda Albaugh (Don) of Effingham, Ashley Westendorf (Mark) of Altamont, Brandon Morton (Ashley) of Effingham and Amber Lilley (David Wyckoff) of Effingham; and his siblings, Don Kinkelaar of Effingham, Virgil Kinkelaar (Lenora) of Salina, KS and Marilyn Jansen (Jim) of Neoga. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, the family requests to please wear a mask to all services and follow social distancing guidelines.
