He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hookham and Belle Hookham. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hoffman; his children, Jill Ryan (Dennis) of Wingo, Christine Gierke (Daniel) of Elburn, Timothy (Barb) of Elburn and Mitch (Kathleen) of Paducah, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ryan Gierke (Amanda), Lindsay Giardino (Alex), Cole, Shane, Jay, Karmyn, Trevor Hookham, Miranda and Declan Ryan; and his great grandchild Faith Gierke. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
