She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles and Dorothy; and her sister Doris "Bunnie" Swanson. She is survived by: her children, Ron Bernhardt (Tracy), Richard Bernhardt (Donna), Carol Syme and Thomas Sr. Bernhardt (Julie); her grandchildren, Jill Leitner (Tony), Jason Bernhardt, Rob Bernhardt (Lorine), Michael Bernhardt, Timothy Bernhardt (Lisa), Thomas Jr. and Victoria Gonzalez (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Anna, Charlie Warren, Elle, Andrew, Becca Bernhardt, Kaylin Leitner and Addie Bernhardt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a family of friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Jeanne's name.
