It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loren Emmet Ludwig of Elburn, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ludwig and Helen Ludwig (Graham); his wife Norma Jeanne Wacaser; his daughter Wendy Arand; and his brothers, Franz "Murph" and Gerald "Jerry" Ludwig.
He is survived by: his children, Loren "Chip" Ludwig (Lauri), Karen Lynch Jones and Yvonne Dietz (Todd); and his brother Kermit Ludwig (Linda Miller). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all funeral services were held private.
