It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Pavlak (Elburn, Illinois), born in Pana, Illinois, who passed away on January 15, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Pavlak and Kathliene Pavlak; his siblings, Mary Pavlak and Art Pavlak; and his sister-in-law Sharon Pavlak.
He is survived by: his spouse Barbara White; his children, Wayne Pavlak, Darla Ballard (Alan), John Pavlak and Jason Pavlak (Kristy); his grandchildren, William, Ryan, Heather, Christopher Ballard, Johanna, Jack, Cohen and Tyson Pavlak; his brothers, Carl Pavlak (Karen), Fred Pavlak (Barbara) and Rich Pavlak (Betty); and also John. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a family of friends.
