He was predeceased by: his parents, Boleslaw Kilarski and Frances Kilarski; his wife Mildred Martz Kilarski; and his siblings, Wanda, Clementine, Frances, Stanley, Walter, Matthew and Chester.

He is survived by: his daughter Sharon K.; his son-in-law Carl Rudorf; his son Bruce; his daughter-in-law Christine Kilarski; his grandchildren, Alana, Jane, Alex Kilarski and Arianna Rudorf; his brother Lester; and his sister-in-law Myra Lawrence. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
