He is survived by: his girlfriend Trela Hollis; his children, Bryan McDermott, Kristy Siergiej (Mitchell), Johnelle McDermott, Jacquelyn McDermott and Joseph McDermott; his siblings, Ray McDermott (Vicky), Billy McDermott, Mike McDermott (Bea) and Ruthie Rafter (Mal); his grandchildren, Katrina Jennings (Riley), Sarah Siergiej and Elijah Siergiej; and his aunt Marie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
