He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Ashkinaz and Rose Ashkinaz (Weinberg). He is survived by: his cousin Elizabeth Hara (Bob LeRoy); his brother Barry Ashkinaz; and his nephews, Brian and David Ashkinaz.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Moss Family Funeral Home - Batavia (209 S Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the West Batavia Cemetery (900 S Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510).
