She was predeceased by : her father Michael Zientek. She is survived by : her mother Rosalyn Graziano; her uncle Joseph Graziano; her siblings, Michael, David Zientek and Deborah Zientek (Kevin May); her daughters, Sarah McBride and Erin Culotta (Chris); and her grandchildren, Haley (Edwin), Charlie, Jamie and Quinn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Proceeds will go directly to her local charity where she volunteered her time, making the world a better place. Any donation will help, no matter how small it is.
