Edward J. Schmitt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2022, at the age of 90, Edward J. Schmitt of Elk Grove Village, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Edward Schmitt; his daughter Sandra Romeo (Joseph); his sister Helma Miller (Raymond); his wife Virginia R. Kozlowski; and his children, Karen Zinn (Mike), Edward Schmitt (Cindy), Diane Passaglia (Rick), Steven Schmitt (Karen) and Michael Schmitt (Tania). He was also cherished by fifteen Grandchildren and twelve Great-Grandchildren.
In remembrance of Edward Schmitt's life, the family asks that in lieu of flowers any charitable donations be made to the Alzheimer Association or American Cancer Society.
