With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James R Raymer of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, born in Benton Harbor, Michigan, who passed away on November 18, 2020 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Richard Raymer and Marilyn Raymer; his former life partner Anna; his daughter Michele; his fiancée Cindy Weinberg; his siblings, Ron Raymer (Stacie) of Virginia Beach, VA and Kathy Travis of Woodridge, IL; his stepsister Karen Raines (Bob) of Centreville, MI; his sisters-in-law, Mary Stanga (Peter) and Eva Foran (John); and his nieces and nephews, Andrea, Jared Raymer, Lauren Travis, Eric Stanga, Larisa Faulk (Andrew), Amy Spiewak (Brian), Joe (Elizabeth), Bill (Mary), Matt Foran (Meagan Karuhn), Jason (Michelle), Brayton (Liz) and Nate Grinnell (Jenny). He was also cherished by dog and three cats.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a local animal shelter of your choice in Jim's memory.
