He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his children, Denise Ramis (Dean), Julie Dary (Mike), Michael Guy (Cyndy), Suzanne Kucera (Tim) and Paul Guy; his grandchildren, Stephanie Adamson (Travis), Caitlin Beranek (Christopher), David Ramis, Anthony, Taylor Dary, Savannah, Mychaela Guy, Hannah, Trevor Kucera, Pablo and Neil Guy; his great grandchildren, Luke, Genevieve, Logan and Thea; and his sisters, Sharlene Hink (late Richard) and Patricia Donovan (Richard).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, would be appreciated.
