He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Dale and Hazel York (Palmiter); his brother Terry Dale York; and his great grandchild Carlos Barnes Jr. Mr. He is survived by : his wife Linda Caudell; his children, Charity Hymon (Jammoreo Jones) of Elkville, Matthew Lee Isben of Oklahoma, Christina Abney of Centralia and Tiffany Pottorff (Geoffrey) of Mt. Vernon; the mother of his children Linda York; and his sisters, Vonnie Landreth (Michael "Dude") of Patoka and Cindy Gnau (Bill) of Clarksville, Indiana. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in David's honor to the donor's choice and will be accepted for the family at the funeral home.
