He was predeceased by : his father Glenn Blackford; and his stepmother Fronie Blackford. He is survived by : his mother Paula Bilderback; his stepfather Rick Bilderback of Murphysboro; his sister Shawnie Porter (Kenny Porter) of Elkville; his nieces, Kristian Porter of Houston, TX and Tori Porter of Evansville, IN; and his nephew Matt Porter of Elkville.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Illinois Committee of Blind Vendors.
