It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl M. Qualeatti of Elmhurst, Illinois, born in Melrose Park, Illinois, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Qualeatti and Constance Qualeatti (Palermo); his sisters, Rose, Lucy, Mary, Esther and Eva; and his daughter Janis Orchell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gail of Pingree Grove and Donna Sherbondy (Steve); his grandchildren, Katelyn Breen (Ethan) and Matthew Breen (Samantha); his friend Laura Sloan; and also, Uma and Gabe.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, funeral mass and interment for Carl will be held privately at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Melrose Park and St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Palatine.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Honor Flight, 9701 W Higgins Road, Suite 310, Rosemont, IL 60018-4703 would be appreciated.
