He is survived by: his spouse Helma; his children, Helma (Ed Perez), Catherine (Dean O'Brien) and Ingrid; his grandchildren, Caitlin Adkins (Zack), Joe O'Brien (Molly), Megan Perez, Maggie O'Brien and Anne Perez; and his great grandchildren, Mina Adkins and Olivia O'Brien.
