He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Prush; his son Jeffrey Prush; his sisters, Rose Marie Willison (Harold) of Woodridge, IL and Frances Whittenhall (Ken) of Bolingbrook, IL; and his parents, John Prush and Eleanor Prush.
He is survived by: his children, Wylie "Tim" Prush and Heather Perry (Doug); his grandchildren, Ryan, Amelia, Natalie, Evelyn and Gracie Perry; and his daughter Kathy Prush.
