He was predeceased by: his spouse Barbara A. Peake; and his sibling Elaine Smith. He is survived by: his children, Kim Hlavenka (Gordon), Robin Peake, Melony Robbins (Tim) and Valerie Bortolotti (Bill); his grandchildren, Daniel, Alicia, Joseph, Kelly (Joe), Kerry, Nicholas (Christina) and Christina (Cooper); and also Brown.
