She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Jacobs; her siblings, Bernice Grace Van Drunen and Bernard Louis Van Drunen (Joanne); and her parents, Luke Drunen and Agnes Van Drunen.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Semeyn (Peter), Jack Jacobs (Darlene), Kendra Heerema (Roger) and Jeff Jacobs (Carmen); and her sister Joyce Ellen Ward (late Roy). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
