It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Szymkowiak in Elmhurst, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 20, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Szymkowiak and Theresa Szymkowiak; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Harriett Szymkowiak; his children, Judy Milroy (Dan) and David Szymkowiak (Rosanna); his grandchildren, Patrick Milroy (Rachel), Zachary Milroy, Jennifer VanGheem (Ben), Stephanie Milroy (Tim Kelly), Laura Szymkowiak and Sarah Szymkowiak; and his great grandchildren, Adleigh Milroy, Emmett VanGheem and Alessi Milroy.
