He was predeceased by: his son Christopher G. Ludkowski; his parents, Shirley M. Flaherty Ludkowski and Edward I. Ludkowski; and his siblings, Mary Ludkowski Anthony and Ray R. Ludkowski.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Duty Ludkowski; his close friends, Russell and George; his brother Bob Ludkowski; his sister-in-law Betty Ludkowski; his friends, Greg and Mickey; and also George. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Elms Funeral Home (7600 W Grand Ave, Elmwood Park, IL 60707). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
