We bid farewell to Marie-Elena T. Meagher of Elmwood Park, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 15, 2025 at the age of 78. Marie-Elena touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Philip John; her children, Paul (Linda) and Alaina Papacek (Brian); her grandchildren, Elena, Brett, Bella, Joseph and Thomas; and her siblings, Pamela Palenscar (Arthur) and Salvatore Mazzuca (Margaret).
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elms Funeral Home (7600 W Grand Ave, Elmwood Park, IL 60707). A prayer will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at 1530 Jackson Ave, River Forest, IL 60305. An entombment will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
