He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Wojtas and Helen Tomal; his brother Richard Wojtas; his children, Joseph Wojtas, Raymond Wojtas and Jennifer Wojtas; and his grandson Zachary Katich.
A burial was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
