He was predeceased by: his son Albert L. Wunderlich; his parents, Russel P. and Elizabeth G.; his brother Robert Wunderlich (Ella); and his brother-in-law Wayne Moore.

He is survived by: his wife Emma Lee; his children, Mark Wunderlich (Rita), Mary Ann Rafferty (Jim) and John Wunderlich; his daughter-in-law Yvonne Wunderlich; his grandchildren, Carrie Brown (Justin), James Rafferty (Annie), Matthew Wunderlich (Shelley), Michael Wunderlich, Rachel Wunderlich (Matt Hausmann), Brian Rafferty and Michael O'Brien; his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Ella Brown, Aubrey, Brayden Rafferty, Thomas and Emma Wunderlich; and his sister Madeline Moore.
