She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Ruddell and Beulah Ruddell (Gatton); and her siblings, Myron Tim Ruddell, Charles E. Ruddell, Melissa Ruddell and Connie Ruddell.

She is survived by: her close friend Bill Pope of Erie; her sister-in-law Julia Ruddell; her sibling's children, Charles Ruddell II, Shelly Sutton, Robert Lafferty, Patrick Lafferty, Cherish Shaffer, James Ruddell, Phillip Ruddell, Melissa Renfro, Brad Atchison and Sara Pearson; and her pet Fat Baby.

Memorials may be made to Julia Ruddell to offset expenses.
