He is survived by : his wife Alicia Blackwell (Gilbreath); his children, Jason (Sandy Blackwell) of Wahoo, NE and Stacie Blackwell of Morris, IL; his grandchildren, Cameron, Alyvia Blackwell of Morris, IL and Frances Blackwell of Wahoo, NE; his great grandchild Nora Woita of Wahoo, NE.; and his stepmother Delores Blackwell of Bowling Green, MO..
