She was predeceased by : her parents, Fredrick Uphoff and Marium Braun Uphoff; and her brother Stephen Uphoff. She is survived by : her husband Richard Waldschmidt; her children, Earl Schirer (Wendy) of Metamora, Pam Schupp of Peoria and Fred Schirer of Metamora; and her brother Robert Uphoff (Connie) of Metamora. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to Liberty Bible Church.
