He was predeceased by : his parents, Fauncie Oldham and Jamie Oldham (Bevin); and his son Nicholas Oldham. He is survived by : his daughter K'Myah Martin of Shawneetown; and his siblings, Josh Oldham (Roma) of Uniontown, KY, Jessie Oldham (Kaylan), Brian Patton of Tell City, IN, Jonathan Barton of Sturgis, Tim Barton (Kymberlie) of Morganfield, Alicia Barton of Morganfield and Felicia Barton of Sturgis. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
