It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rick Vavra (Evansville, Illinois), born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on April 13, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Steve Vavra and Helen Vavra (Sidlowski); his wife Debra DiPaolo; his brother Thomas Vavra (Dawn); his sister-in-law Lynne Ziants (John); his pets, Duece, Samantha, Lil and Toonnce; his brother Ronald Vavra (Sara); and his nieces, Rhonda and Leslie.

Memorials may be made to the Posey County Humane Society.
