He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald DeForest and Paula DeForest; and his brother Tom DeForest (Martha). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Kip" DeForest; his children, Joanne Najjar, Daniel Jason DeForest, Jaclyn Dracup (Robert), Susan Elizabeth Davis, Benjamin John Jacklin, Aaron Edward Jacklin and Jennifer Barbara Jacklin; his siblings, James DeForest (Patti) and Donna Eisner (DeForest); and his grandchildren, Kayla Paul (Nick), Madeline Davis, Zachary Behen, Andrew Davis, Reagan Behen, Aalaiya Jacklin, Sophia Rondone, Kiera Jacklin, Anthony Rondone, Brett Jacklin, Tripp Dracup, Wyatt Jacklin, Claire Dracup, Charlie Dracup, Julianna Jacklin and Nora Dracup.
