She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Plattner and Emma Gudeman Plattner; and her husband Richard Wiegand. She is survived by : her son Brian Wiegand; and her niece Mary Bachtold. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be given to Fairview Haven Retirement Community, Fairbury.
