She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Joseph Fields Sr. and Gladys Louise Fields (Haislip); her siblings, Raymond Fields Jr. (Mary), June Lee Needham and Jane Petroff (Tom); and her grandson Justin Adams.

She is survived by : her children, Robert "Wayne" Fisher of Sarasota, FL, Karen Musser (Brian) of West Lafayette, IN, Ruth Adams (Brian) of O'Fallon, MO and Alan Fisher (Gina) of Elizabethtown, KY. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 4 step great-grandchildren.
