He is survived by : his wife Vicki Lynn Hartley; his sons, Chad Howell (Joy) of Fisher and Jason Howell (Christina) of Mahomet, Illinois; his grandchildren, Jakob, Landon, Avagail, Lukas and Savannah Howell; his siblings, Eric Howell (Barb) of Decatur, Ryan Howell of Arizona, Leslie Keeling (Tim) of Moweaqua, Gina Harlow (Bill) of Pana, Tiffany Ramsey (Marcia) of Mattoon, Kim Howell of Warrensburg and Amber Justice (Todd) of Lovington, Illinois; and his stepparents, Jerry Ginger of Decatur, Illinois and Diana Kupish (Chris) of Blue Mound, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
