He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles F. Brown and Mary K. Brown (Nichols); and his great-nephew Hunter. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Van Dyke; his son Justin M. Brown; his sister Glenna C. McGinnis (Steve); his nieces, DeAnna (Dustin Morgan), Lacey and Shannon; his nephew Nick (Jessica Tunnell); and his great-nieces, Maysun, Emma, Madison and Paisley.

Memorials may be made to Randy's family to establish a trust for his son, Justin or to Montgomery County PAWS CARE.
