She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewey Waggoner and Mildred Waggoner (Halterman); and her brothers, Gene Waggoner and Billy E. Waggoner. She is survived by : her sisters, Bonnie M. Waggoner and Cathy S. Hartman (Howard Allen); her nieces, Chrystal M. Hartman, Keah R. Hartman, Terry McDonald (Randy), Kelsey Burton (Jay) and Cierra Hartman; and her nephew Billy E. Waggoner II (Sian Kester).

Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses and will be accepted through the funeral home.
