He was predeceased by : his parents, Don Morgan and Diane Morgan (Pipken); and his niece Sarah Turner. He is survived by : his partner Robin White of Flora; his daughter Tiffany White-Morgan of Flora; his stepbrother David Morgan (Ann) of Litchfield; his mother-in-law Norma Tadlock of Flora; and his brother-in-law Rick Turner (Paula) of Lakeland. He is also survived by 4 nephews, and several aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Todd's memory to an Education Fund for his daughter Tiffany, and will be accepted through the funeral home.
