She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Antonio Melgoza; her children, Armando Melgoza (Elvia), Humberto Melgoza (Mirna), Lidia Salgado (Ramon), Maria Guadalupe Melgoza, Anita Cabrera (Ruben), Estela Melgoza, Esmeralda Pena (Jesus) and Antonio Melgoza (Modesta); and her parents, Evaristo Betancourt and Margarita Betancourt.
