He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gottschalk and Esther Gottschalk (Roseberg); and his brother Charles V. Gottschalk (late Jeanette "Jan"). He is survived by: his wife Norma Gottschalk (Schaloske); his daughters, Betsy Gottschalk, Nancy G. Murphy and Sally Cimmarusti (late Sam); his grandchildren, David Cimmarusti (Breanne McGarvie) and Amy Gunderson (Cameron); and his great grandchildren, Cole and Reed Gunderson.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a celebration of Arthur's life will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
