He is survived by: his spouse Jean Taaffe (Doherty); and his children, Terri Mirenic (Bill), Bill Taaffe (Kim Parrish), Janice Kirk (Tim), Barbara Sobol (Conrad) and Marilyn Paez (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
