She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Paolo Adamo and Carol Mysza. She is survived by: her parents, Vincent Adamo and Leanne Adamo (Mysza); her brother Dominic Adamo; her grandparents, Giovanna Adamo and Peter Mysza; her godfather Anthony Adamo (Janet); her aunts, Maria "Giovanna" Caldarone (late Giuseppe), Dawn Mysza (Scott Johnson), Sheri Pacewic (John), Laura Zwartz and Julie Cleary (Tom); her uncle Pete Mysza (Mary); her cousins, Lisa Cisek, Giuseppe, Giuliana, Genna, Antonio Caldarone (Hallie), Joseph, Marina, Paul Adamo (Elizabeth), Anthony, Michael Adamo (Megan), Adele, Lucille, Kevin, Rebecca, Mykayla, Brianna, Johnny, Blake, Adrianna, Katelyn and Amanda; and her friend Snowy.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Ronald McDonald House or Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation would be appreciated or donate to Heartland Blood Bank (Versiti).
