He was predeceased by : his parents, Anita Griffiths, and George Frederick Griffiths, Jr.; his brother Michael Griffiths; and his grandchildren, Marie, Maggie and Nicholas Bennett.
He is survived by : his wife Lorraine (Pryes); his brothers, Bill Griffiths (Norma) of Hopewell Junction and Donald Griffiths (Suzanne Ryan) of Charleston; and his children, George Frederick Griffiths IV (Denise), Jennifer Griffiths-Bennett (Michael) and Gina Griffiths-Coonrod (David).
