He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Phillips and Leno Phillips (Oiler); his wife Donna Phillips; and his siblings, Carl Phillips, Vergie Scherer and Mary Prettyman.

He is survived by: his children, Rick Phillips and Cynthia Stuart (Bob); his sister Kathryn Dodrill; his grandchildren, Rachel Kazak (Kal), Christopher Stuart (Erin) and Ryan Stuart; and his great grandchild Rex Kazak.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Foundation would be appreciated.
