She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Hanicits and Barbara Hanicits (Lizik). She is survived by: her husband David F. Juby; her children, David J. Juby and Jennifer Small (Jeff); her siblings, Sandra Moseng (Gene) and Mark Hanicits (Dorothy); and her grandchildren, Madison Small, Logan Small and Cody Small. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
