He is survived by: his spouse Marcia (Lindroth); his child Megan Batastini-Gall (Daniel Allen); his grandchildren, Tonya Garcia, Peter Garcia (Carmen), Brandon Ulrich, Kaitlynn Kochenberger and Hannah Kochenberger; his great grandchildren, Dylan Thomas, Liam Ulrich and Jiren Garcia; and his sibling's children, Todd and Scott Batastini.
