Jerry D. Maciejewski Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2018, at the age of 79, Jerry D. Maciejewski (Frankfort, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Maciejewski and Frances Maciejewski (Gorski). He is survived by: his wife Dee Maciejewski (Kupiec); his children, Jim Maciejewski (Juanita) and John Maciejewski (Andrea); his stepchildren, Doug Panfil (Diane), Dan Panfil (Juliana) and Lynn Disbrow (Chris); and his siblings, Ed Maciejewski (Dell), Bob Maciejewski (Fran), Don Maciejewski and Joe Maciejewski (Sandy). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
