He was predeceased by: his wife Lynne A. DiLorenzo (Centers); his sons, Joseph DiLorenzo and John Blackstone; his parents, Joseph DiLorenzo and Lorraine Hrmon; his sister Linda; and his grandson Stephen.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Blackstone and Douglas Blackstone; his siblings, John (Scott), Laura, James and Leslie; his grandchildren, Zachary, Dylan, Chris and Dominic; and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Quinton and Flynn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
