He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Hallstrom (Rowe); his children, Heidi Foster, Brian, David, Adam and Jason Hallstrom; and his siblings, Sonya Polaski, Judith Moberg, Gloria Karrels and Ruth Maychszak.
