He was predeceased by: his father Paul G. Wajda; and his brother Thomas Wajda. He is survived by: his wife Susan Wajda (Johnson); his mother Bernice Wajda (Kurdziel); his children, Michael Pickert (Brandi), Patricia Wajda, Charles Pickert (Dawn) and Christian Wajda (Dennise); and his brothers, Richard Wajda and James Wajda (Sandra). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
